Please know that your satisfaction is our main priority and we LOVE the opportunity to wow you. That being said, all transactions are final. No Returns or Refunds are available with this service. We strive to give the client EXACTLY what they want. All designs are agreed upon prior to the event. If there is an issue with design after setup, all concessions possible will be made; however no refunds can be made and final payment is due 14 days before the event.
